  1. @mackid1993 @Kheldar321 I've installed Proton VPN. It runs with no problems now, at least so far, both the app and the web one. Of course, it thinks I am now somewhere else, not in Pittsburgh. What should I do with that geofencing or whatever? VPN slows the connection down.
  2. Now, none of my browsers—desktop Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, and Chrome on iPhone currently allow me to login to my account (Error: Forbidden Your client does not have permission to get URL /Login.action from this server.). Safari on iPhone does not go beyond account summary, giving no access to notes. Although two person from Evernote responded, neither offered anything so far, only asking for the information I had already given.
  3. EN does not work on either wired or wi-fi connection.

  5. And how about thies: We are currently restructuring the Evernote Customer Support department to ensure we can deliver a better service to you and all our customers. Some delay in response time is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  6. Thank you. Your comment finally shows it's not my private problem but a server issue.
  7. I see no point in disabling Windows Security and Malwarebytes, the only security I run. And those have been running forever with no problem.
  8. @ferolgot a response from tech support, but no offered solutions yet. Thank you very much for your interest!
  9. @Jon/tAfter reloading the post-sign-in page, it opens Evernote Web but clicking on a note or notebook results in the same kind of error as before.
  10. @Jon/tHere I tried the Guest mode. After signing in, loading gets stuck at shown, with no further movement.
  11. @Jon/t Sorry if I am being dim, but how does that deal with the same problems in Safari, Edge, and Firefox, and no syncing across the devices? Also, there is no consistency in those syncing failures (some syncing actually occurs), but the message keeps appearing without fail: "Syncing temporarily paused. You can continue editing while Evernote reconnects.
  12. @ferolStill no lack and no response from Evernote. Do I understand it correctly that you simply have a free account as a backup? That won't work for me, because I am used to use Evernote very intensively. If I am to start doing that, I'd rather quit using Evernote and switch to OneNote.
  13. No - I am not sure what a "guest profile" is (is it another account?) and how I can get use it to solve my problem - please let me know how it should work. I also do not know how a profile can be corrupted, unless it's something on the server, with which I cannot deal.
  14. Thank you. I’ll try again, unless they fix it tomorrow.
  15. I have. Three times. With logs and pictures. As I said, no live person reply - just the generic autogenerated one.
  16. But I can login. The blank is in Firefox. In Chrome, I get the Web version, but when I click on the notebook or a note, I get something like Unexpected Application Error! Loading chunk 8599 failed. (error: https://we... with various "chunks". Or the rest, "note unavailable" etc. Also, again, it does not sync across devices. with the message that it is "temporarily".
  17. No, I get this when I HAVE signed in. After entering the user data. Before that, I am prompted to sign in, naturally, like you are.
  18. This is what I get when I sign in. Blank. In Firefox.
