Well I thought I had solved it noticing I had both wifi and USB connections going. Disconnected wifi, but issue still persist. I'm using chrome browser too, and made sure the iphone app was closed out just incase there is some sort of conflict.

I've just started using Evernote with Scansnap ix500. I'm getting duplicate notes on everything I scan. All my software is up to date. Any updates on this issue?
