      Hello. thanks for the report. We have not seen this in our testing but we've had a few reports. Do you recall if you installed Evernote from the Windows app store or from our website at https://evernote.com/download/ ?

    Can you help me retrieve my old notes?  I've downloaded the legacy version, signed in with no luck on retrieving the notes.  I've been a member since 2018 using the same email address the entire time.  I'M LOST HERE!!!!! Is there any way to get these back or is it done deal and have to start completely over?  BTW, where did our sensitive data go to if we can't get it back?

      Please go to https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action and select "continue as guest" to file a support ticket so we can look into this further.

      I did not find any accounts for those emails. Please try these steps on your Windows PC to help me find the account.

       
      1. Select: Tools>Options>General>Open Database Folder
      2. Capture a screenshot of the list of files in your database folder.
      3. Reply with the screenshot attached.

      Hi. Happy to help. I see no recent logins on this yahoo account prior to 6/14. This usually means that your notes are in a separate account tied to a different email address.

      Please send me a list of your email addresses. I will see if any Evernote accounts are associated with them.

    How do you do?

    I have a suggestion to improve evernote :)

    It wouldn't be nice if evernote automatically focused on the pop-up window and do not had to make another click to start typing when I use the command of quick note.

      Hello. 

      Try selecting Tools > Options > Note, and uncheck "Set new note focus to title" the option.

      Does that help?
