Thanks for responding. My workflow is to break large PDFs into several 'chapters' so that, if I need to heavily annotate, the 'summary' is not too lengthy for later browsing, and I can easily access relevant sections using the summary's link feature. But the summaries still often over-extend the current display limit. I periodically interrupt annotation sessions to 'Save' (to ensure against loss from unexpected events). When I re-enter the PDF, I want to pick up from the point of the last annotation. As it stands, tapping the last displayed summary annotation leaves me a fair number of pages shy of that point.

On Mac and iOS, for documents with many Skitch annotations, the annotation summary presents as a single page that includes only the first ~20 annotations. Is this a known problem?

[reposted with edits] I hesitate to offer this partial workaround as this is something that should be FIXED for uniformity among the interfaces. It’s rather disappointing that no one from Evernote has responded to this thread. This might work for some: Use the share notebooks feature. In this scheme, at least for the current versions (iOS EN 7.9.2, MacOS EN 6.3): On iOS, ‘Notes' hides notes shared by other users — but They -are- displayed in ‘recent notes’. They still show up in search results. On MacOs, ‘Notes: All Notes’ displays all. Each notebook should be created and shared from its primary account. That's it. HTH

Adding weight to Labyrintho's comment: My S.O. and I work together and jointly use one account. But we have an urgent need to separate out our other interests so as not to distract.

This is the most needed new feature imo.
