  1. I know they wouldn't it was worth a try. Update: 1. Found out for some reason I now have two business accounts. One with wrong users in it which is supposed to be the new one and my old account with the correct user 2. The email address which is my new username for my personal account does not work to log me in. I try to use the email address they recommend which takes me to my old business account. Then when I show support I am not able to login to the new personal account they setup but still able to login to my old personal account. 3. Which from my understanding the old Business account and old Personal account not be working this way. I recorded a video for support so they can see all these issues with the Account Split that they need to resolve. My concern is now I am going to have sync issues with my Evernote notes, duplicates and potentially lost notes. I have stopped using Evernote and went to OneNote until this is resolved.
  2. I have given them time in the past and I have not heard back from them.
  3. Here is the challenge with Evernote support. I logged the ticket and before they even contacted me the closed it. No email, no phone call, no voice message.
  4. I know you are and this is an Evernote technical issue that they need to resolve. I logged the ticket over an hour ago and we will see if and when the respond.

PinkElephant, Did you happen to read point #3 above - I just found out they added two invalid, insecure email accounts that do not have MFA back into my Business Evernote "Evernote Teams Account" which I removed because they were not secure. I have MFA on my current account which appears they removed. It appears you missed that I removed those accounts years ago because they were not secure meaning they were free email accounts that had low level of security phishing/spam protection...etc. I use my business email account that I have security controls in place to reduce these types of attacks. To be clear I never said they made these accounts up and I took screenshots of the accounts that should be there because I can log in to the business account on my local Evernote app for both accounts. I disabled the sync so that Evernote can not cause any more issues to my data/account. So at least I have a valid local copy for each.
  6. Which is why their support is getting worse especially for business users who pay more to use Evernote. They should have the ability to either chat or speak to someone. Evernote makes enough money from us. No email, nothing in spam. I keep checking. My fear is that they are using an invalid email address to contact me now since they changed my email address to an account I deleted years ago.
  7. Hi PinkElephant. That is correct, It appears you missed my first point saying that I already separated my accounts. I read logged a ticket choosing Account...etc, requesting a call back as soon as possible.
  8. I was hoping to be able to speak to someone but I had to log a ticket. Which in the past they have not be responsive.
  9. Has anyone been going through the Evernote Teams Account Separation process? https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/19211499845523 It appears for me 1. I already had my accounts separated by different email addresses and passwords. Evernote team appears to have created new ones that one of them is not working for me to get access to the "Evernote Individual Account" 2. When I log into the "Evernote Teams Account" which my understand that is the Business Evernote account. I am now missing stacks, notebooks and notes I have collected for my business over almost 10 plus years. 3.   10. I tried that and it will let me login but it takes me back to Evernote and loops that way
  11. No firewall, tried it on three different browsers that I cleared the cache/history for all of them. On three different systems (MacBook Pro, Windows System, and iPad) that all of them the cache/history has been cleared. I am not able to log a support ticket for the app or browser version.

  14. Agsteel, please see my initial post I did share that the support ticketing system is down, and yes I am a paid users.

  16. yes I am on a MAC, what is the problem with the space calculation on a MAC's What version is the new release. I am on 10.58.8 and there does not appear to be an update? Disabling the warning is like putting tape over the Engine light warning on your dashboard of your car. There is still an issue, you are just recommending to hide the warning?
  17. hmm ok that does not seem like a fix for the issue considering as I mentioned I have over 500 GB's free on my hard drive. It appears there is a bug with Evernote?
  18. Good morning, I received this message this morning out of the blue and it appears there is no way to contact Evernote support directly. Because every time I try to go to the support page I receive this Two questions 1. Is anyone else receiving the space issue? I have 500 GB's of free space on my local hard drive so I am not sure what the error is for. 2. I am signed in to Evernote and have looped back through this process of signing in and trying to log a support ticket to only be redirected back to this page above. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Hi @PinkElephant The reason you might not have asked about is I am on a business account due to I am a solo consultant and the amount of data, files...etc I was uploading per month from working with clients was exceeding the personal limits. That was one reason I need the business account at the time I started using Evernote which I am sure you can understand it was years ago. I have not recently looked into the different accounts. If I move over to the professional account as you recommended I still run into this massive issue of years of notebooks and notes in my personal account I would need to migrate. As Evernote support as advised me this appears to be a 2 to 4 month plus project with the amount of information I have stored in Evernote. I was hoping there was a better, more efficient want merge the accounts. Which appears like there is not away. Also I haven't be able to find a size on the entire Evernote account. I have over 120 Notebooks since 2011, and over 1,400 notes. The challenge both the size of the notes due to images...etc With the size limits to transfer per month that is why the 2 to 4 month plus project to migrate over.
  20. @gazumped the free account is now trying to charge me that is why I would like to migrate everything over. I feel the Personal free account might have hit it's limit.
  21. Hey @agsteele it appears you did see I have a business account and a personal account above. I want to fully migrate the personal account to my business account so I don't have to pay for both.

  23. Hi Everyone, I am trying to find a efficient way of merging two Evernote accounts. I have a personal one and a business one. I want to merge all my personal notes into my personal one efficiently. I did find the article https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209004867-Merge-the-contents-of-two-Evernote-accounts Which instructions a users to to export a notebook one by one. If you are like me I have Stacks with 10 to 20+ Notebooks with a lot of notes inside each. This would take weeks if not months to do. Also the challenge of usage limitations of 30 GB per month. Does anyone know a way to merge the accounts more efficiently without having issues with the 30 GB limitations? Thank you
