Unfortunately, indeed. Where else is a homepage a few clicks away? Why is the desktop homepage different than, and superior to, the mobile? And why does the mobile edit home button (with a house icon) affect not the home page but the widgets page. Widgets should be home. And is anyone from Evernote monitoring this forum? Can we get some response from Evernote?

The edit Home Screen button in iOS lets me set my background and widgets for Home. But Home is the screen shown at the ugly default screen shown at the top of this thread and not the screen I’ve set up with background and widgets. To get to that screen I have to click on the hamburger menu at bottom and choose Widgets. On the desktop, Home is what I’d expect, the one for which I set a background and widgets. This is messed up.
