Hello Everyone , hope you all are well, I have 2 Evernote accounts, 1 individual account since 2018 and 1 team account (recently joined). I have around 11000 notes in Trash of my individual account which are quite important to me and I need to move them to the trash folder of my team account. is there any way to move them? and do all together in one go? or Ill need to keep my individual account active to keep them safe!? however the second option would be a solution but I prefer to have them in the same place. thank you in advance.

The solution: I Logged in with the admin account, Click on the Admin console - Content, then I could delete all the Tags, Notes, Notebooks, Space, Trash etc., thank you for your assistance.

hi dear, sorry if my questions bother you and thank you for your respond. Yes, we are using the evernote since 2018 for our type of the work. I changed the account to the Team account and today morning the problem with account solved by the support team after several discussion via email. the reason of the blank the account is I dent want to have anything that could be cause of mess in future and I will copy all my notes from individual account again. another thing I want to know, I have around 11000 notes in Trash of my individual account which are quite important to us and I need to move them to the trash folder of my team account. is there any solution for that? or Ill need to keep my individual account active to keep them safe!? however the second option would be a solution but I prefer to have them in the same place

Hi everyone, due to some issues I want to add all the notes again, how can I delete all notes, tags, tasks, etc., on evernote in one go? I would like to have a fresh evernote like first day. nothing saved in it. thanks

Hello Everyone, I am using the team account Evernote. I have a question which is more structural. how it is possible to make a list of certain tags on evernote so every member can use the added tags from the list to their notes to avoid of any duplication? when we use the tag function on our notes (which is very important to the type of the work we do) sometimes when any member of team if add any dot or letter or sign by mistake another tag will add to the list. can I do something on this matter? please take a look on the attached picture. I put all details and credit card. when I press the purchase button it says the billing email is not in the valid format. I am trying to purchase the evernote with my current email address and account and I don't want to make another email address.

I tried to log in and purchase the team account after my one month trial expired. but I can't purchase it and I can't log in and I can't make another account with the same email address.

hello Everybody, I use the team evernote. my question when I use the Tag for my notes, the previous tags that I used before and already deleted them will come up. and also I make the new Tag when I make the tag as soon as I make it, the tag name will appear with some suffix after my Tag. for example in my case I made To Bill tag, when i want to use the same tag for the oder notes, every time Ill get the To Bill tag with some number at the end. I don't know how to solve this problem.
