add shortcut key for " copy note link" on windows

Mac users seem to have this function.

I really need this shortcut key to help save time in organizing my notes and putting concepts together. 

Please , Please , Please , it will save tons of time of repeating this " right click then choosing copy note link".

There are other threads with requests for better note linking tools,  and I've voted here on that more general basis.  As such,  a 'note link key' isn't exactly at the top of my priorities.  I'd probably use Phrase Express to record the process and play back 'copy note link' on any selected note with Ctrl-X or some such.  Better linking tools all round definitely is on my wish list.
