smk1522 0 Posted September 2, 2016 Share Posted September 2, 2016 Hi, I completely lost a week's worth of data on a note on the iOS app despite saving. Before I closed evernote, I made sure to hit save. However, when I re-opened evernote the last data on a note was from 8/22/16, meaning I lost everything I had done between then and today. Evernote was not open on any other devices so that is not the issue. And I cannot get any support or help without "upgrading". Quite frankly, the fact that I lost 9 days' worth of data is a major DISincentive to upgrading (i.e. if the reliability is this poor, why would I PAY for the service). Needless to say, I am frustrated, want my data back, and want some way to easily get customer support for this. Link to comment

I've lost data in my notes too - accidently because of mis-typing or syncing conflicts. My solution has been to retrieve previous note versions from my backup, or the EN Note History The access to EN Note History is a paid feature. It might be worth it to sign up for a month to retrieve your lost data Link to comment
