Monthly upload limits for Basic

It is the first of a new month and I am attempting to upload a note. I get a notice saying my monthly upload limit has been reached. I have not uploaded anything this month yet. 

Please advise.

Hey Terri,

After looking up your account activity it is showing your upload allowance has been used for this cycle. The reset date will depend on when you signed up, so your upload allowance will reset on the 16th of the month, rather than the 1st. Let me know if you have any questions about this!
