Please allow paid users to remove "Upgrade Your Team"

I use Evernote for myself and I paid for it. I don't why "Upgrade Your Team" should show up on the sidebar, let alone non-removable.

This is just compulsory irrelevant ad display for paid users, what a terrible choice.
