Clipper not allowing notebook connection

For a long while now, everytime I try to change the notebook I want something clipped into, the notebook section goes spastic and I can't click on any notebooks I need to scroll down to find. So I stopped using evernote and now am trying again. Is there an update or something I need or are others finding this problem as well?

Hi.  Always useful to know which OS and device you use,  and what browser you're clipping from...

I don't have any problem choosing any notebook from my available options when clipping.  Can you provide any screen shots to illustrate your issue?

Thanks, I can't screen shoot it because the notebook topics in the clipper flicker when I go past the initial list and try to scroll, so I can't freeze anything and screenshoot it. 

i"m on OS10.11.4 and I use Chrome.

Hmmn.  Can you uninstall and reinstall the clipper feature?

I only know how to uninstall if the application has an 'uninstall' in my app's folder, which evernote does not....how would I do that? thanks!

The browser clipper is an 'extension' added onto the browser - go to the browser's main menu (the burger/ venetian blind icon with three lines) and click 'More Tools'.  Then 'Extensions' and scroll down until you see Evernote Clipper.  You should be able to uninstall from there.
