Upgrade your package via your my account page. Don't know about iTunes credit or discounts. Were you offered a discount subscription? If so, the notice / email should contain 'how to' notes... Edit: Sorry I forgot - in the Evernote app on your phone, go to Settings, then choose Upgrade. You'll get the extra access on all your devices. Link to comment
