tiny sidebar with visualisation of editing history

I want to see what was edited last in current note, I imagine a tiny sidebar with such kind of heat map - red for last edited, yellow for previously edited, blue for edited at the start of note creation. Can you imagine this? It is a great idea!

And second idea - I would like to see the original content of edited line (by mouse hovering to this magic sidebar on position of specific line) - like in Intellij Idea.

Until this gets implemented, I make use of the Evernote Note History
There are tools to display differences, mostly side by side, for example www.diffchecker.com
