Aurora A. 16 Posted June 9, 2016 Share Posted June 9, 2016 Whenever I insert an image by using drag and drop or simplify formatting the app stops responding for about 30 seconds then goes back to normal. I know it's not my other programs because I don't have any programs open! I do a lot of researching so I hope you guys understand my frustration. Link to comment

I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling Evernote* (restart your computer after the uninstall) and if that doesn't help, let us know what hard drive space and memory you have available on your laptop, and what version of Windows you're using.. * Uninstall/Reinstall Evernote - Before uninstalling Evernote, ensure that all your notes are synced and visible in Evernote Web.
