App constantly crashing, can't sync or access

I have a 6S, iOS 9.2.1., running Evernote, premium member. Every time I open the app on my phone, it tries to sync for about 10 seconds and then crashes. Can't access any notes.

I think I am running 7.10.319047--that's all I could find about the version.

I have force quit the app, then force quit my phone, still not working. Hate to uninstall and reinstall because there is a note I updated on my phone but don't know if the info synced to the version I am running on my Mac.

You can verify whether or not that version of the note successfully synced to the server by logging into your account at www.evernote.com. If you see the note there, you can safely reinstall the Evernote application on your iPhone. If you don't see the note there, please submit a support request at https://evernote.com/contact/support/ticket/ and include the activity log from your iPhone so our Customer Support Team can help investigate this.
