BurgersNFries 2,407 Posted March 13, 2010 Posted March 13, 2010 Can't you open a note & then email it to any email address? I don't do Mac, so maybe this is one of the differences between Mac/PC EN clients.
thingstocome 0 Posted March 13, 2010 Author Posted March 13, 2010 Actually I just tried it using the Email Note button and it did send however it doesn't show up in my gmail sent messages. I suspect this is an Apple Mail setting I need to tweak... thanks!
BurgersNFries 2,407 Posted March 13, 2010 Posted March 13, 2010 I don't think it goes through Gmail (outgoing.) Outlook is my email client & emails sent from EN do not show up in sent messages. You can CC yourself though, to have some sort of confirmation that you sent something to someone.
engberg 89 Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 If your Evernote account is set up with a Gmail address, and you try to email a note from Evernote to that same Gmail address, you may not see it in Gmail. This is a "feature" of Gmail, that it hides emails that were sent by yourself, so they don't appear in the Inbox. You may have to click on "All Mail" or "Sent Mail" to see these messages.
