evermullah 8 Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 hi all,if i open a note via doubleclick, it opens in a new window.i now, can press APPLE+W or choose -> FILE -> CLOSE to close that window.ok, i understand, this is quite usefull with more than 1 note open.but i can do choose CLOSE too, if only the mainwindow is on screen. (showing the list of notes)if i choose CLOSE then, the mainwindow just disapears.i can't see why this can be useful. anybody can tell me?cheers,
engberg 89 Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 You can open multiple "main" windows via: File > New Evernote WindowThis would allow you to see your list of recipes in one window and your ToDo lists in a separate window (for example). The "Close" operation will close one of those.
