Hi I just realized I can't highlight multiple emails in Outlook and send to Evernote at once. That would be a nice feature, since I would like to have multiple emails in one note.

Hi.  We used to be able to do exactly that until a few months ago,  when Evernote 'improved' the clipper.  A design choice,  which they say they're looking at again,  was made to restrict clips to one. Email. At. A Time.  There are already quite a few other comments on this in the forums.

Until/IF Evernote fixes the Outlook clipper, you might try selecting multiple emails, and forwarding them to your Evernote account.  I believe this will put all of the emails in one note.
