Add default text to a captured note

Hi all,

I would like to automatically add some text on top of a captured note to improve productivity. The use case is the following:

I am looking for a new place and capture some announces of houses and flats in the city. I would like to add some check boxes on top of the note like "contacted", "visited",...

Any idea if it is doable ?

If you click on Add remark you can add text to the note, not sure about check boxes.  If you use a text expander tool like PhaseExpress you can use a hot key to put the same text into the remarks area, perhaps including the check box.
