Level 5* gazumped 12,162 Posted December 6, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted December 6, 2015 That's presumably a Google Play problem rather than an Evernote one - though when I've gone back to Play to load apps onto a restored phone all I've had to do was push through with the 'install' process, even though Play was telling me the app was already installed, it was still willing to let me install it again. If the page isn't willing to let you try, go to the Settings page (top right cog wheel) and see if you can re-add the existing device as a new phone? Link to comment
Larry Notes 0
Larry again... it turns out that, although I was unable to reload the app at Google Play from my PC, everything was hunky-dory when I reached out from the phone itself. A popup message at GP suggesting this would have been nice. I appreciate the hints, but they went nowhere. Link to comment
