There are a number of task management and to-do apps that allow sharing tasks and monitoring progress - you may be better of with these. If you share the "to do" notes with your employees, every change made by them is immediately visible when you synchronize. There is no event notification that it has been modified. However, when you open the note, you will get a notification that the content has been changed (at least in Android, I don't know for windows)... Link to comment
