Feature Request: "Done" Labels for Notes Overview in Notebook

I started to use evernote for my project management as communication and scrapbook functions are useful doing this.

 

But I really miss a visual indication in Notes Overview that a thing is ready, done, or solved. As I can mark a note as "ready" I would expect this. 

Otherwise in overview I cannot see at first sight what is done and what not.

Evernote is a product for storing and accessing information. I wouldn't get your hopes up for them adding features for another purpose entirely (project management). How are you marking a note as Ready? Perhaps the same method allows a way to mark them as Done?
