safiume 0
I also lost the previous scans after sending a document of all scans. The created scan document and the exported vcfs didn't show the annotations I made to the cards. The card annotations appears to be lost. Link to comment

safiume 0
Sure, I scaned a bunch of cards and made notes on most of the cards. I selected email scans and the annotations don't appear in the vcf or combined pdf.You can scan in a card, and email the scan, and the annotation isn't in vcf. The annotation appears if I save the card to evernote. I didn't select that option for the conference. Link to comment
kgg 75
Could you provide step-by-step instructions for how to reproduce this? Are you using Skitch or another app to make notes on the cards? Please be as specific as possible so we can attempt to recreate this issue. Link to comment
safiume 0
I hit done instead of share again, as I thought the notes would be attached. Link to comment
kgg 75
@safiume, thanks for your response. If you tapped "Done" the files are not saved. If you scan a business card and add text to the "Notes" field and "Save to Contacts" directly from Scannable the text entered into "Notes" will appear in Contacts. However, it does appear that the information added to "Notes" will not transfer with the emailed files. I let our development team know about this issue. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Update: this should be released in the next version of Scannable. Link to comment
