win10 install problem: unable to change local directory

problem is unable to change local evernote account directory to other disc such as d: or E: , only can choose the directories listed below, cannot choose which disc, no "this pc", all my 2 PCs and some friends meet this problem

This is actually a Windows 10 shell bug. We will have a work around in a future release.

same here - only lets me install to C: \user\appdata or on my attached USB stick. no harddrive selection
