Where are my notes

Simple as this, I synced my notes on the old notes app from HTC to Evernote while migrating phones, and low and behold many of them are missing now that I look for them on my new phone. Where could they be? This is unacceptable, I need my notes.

Hi.  All I know about the HTC situation is here -

 

The HTC notes app has recently upgraded to Evernote.  The conversion isn't obvious - HTC support at http://www.htc.com/uk/support/htc-one-mini/howto/381564.html explains some of the detail.

Go to Settings and click 'Accounts & Sync',
Look for 'Sync Notes with Evernote'.
Click on the 3 dots and you should find an option that says 'Sync now'.
It takes a little while but eventually all your Notes will be in Evernote.

If you did all of the above and things still haven't transferred,  your first check should be with HTC support,  then Evernote - raise a support request by choosing an appropriate option in the first dropdown after logging in here -  https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action- or (if you're not premium) reach out on Twitter @Evernotehelps.
