My company is considering using evernote chat for casual texting and communication for things such as job locations, passwords, and other sensitive information. I have searched the forum and the support page for anything regarding the security of evernote chat and have found nothing. I would like to know how secure is evernote chat? Is it encrypted? I would not risk it. Evernote is not primarily designed as a highly secure communications platform. I would expect there are other apps better designed for transmitting sensitive info.You might do a Google on "secure chat" and/or other similar terms. Link to comment
