You can take pictures of multi-page documents using Evernote's own camera feature - which also covers business cards / post-its / and ordinary boring pictures. Business cards and post-its need a subscription though. There are a number of other apps that will take pictures and convert them to PDF files - my favourite (before Evernote got good) was CamScanner. Link to comment

No resizing on a windows machine. Documents that are a small receipt that takes two 8.5 x 11" pages to print.Works well for the business card though. Link to comment
