sniffingratty 0
Hi, I tired to clip a page with the web clipper bookmark in firefox and it gave me an popup that said "Sorry, Evernot cannot clip this entire page. Please select the portion that you wish to clip."I have never had this problem in the past, usually it just saves the url. for me. Is there a setting somewhere that I could change? Or some way to avoid this in the future? Link to comment

rick247 0
I have been getting this message for the past 6 months Unknown exception (com.google.gwt.xml.client.impl.DOMParseException: Failed to parse: 30fdf540-fe94-4332-9512-4e5ff40b04c8I am running XP - current sp and patches . I have upgraded FF probably 3 times and am currently running v 3.5.7Like others, the record does save - just have to exit and come back...Are there specific plugins that cause this in FF? engberg 89
Try disabling all Firefox extensions and then restart the browser and log in to your account. We used to try to keep a list of extensions that could break Evernote, but this changed with every version of each extension, so we gave up.If you don't see this error with all extensions disabled, then you can try enabling them one at a time to find the culprit.
