NOTE: Important information can be lost and was lost using the encrypted feature in Evernote.

 

We have two MacBooks and iPhones. Recently, when unencrypting important information in Evernote on both, encrypted notes text was deleted when un-encrypting. We have not been able to recover this data and hesitant to unencrypt until a fix is known.

 

We would greatly appreciate any support in this manner. Thank you.

If you are a Premium/Business account user, you can use Note History to restore a prior version of the Note.

If not Premium, if you upgrade (for even 1 month) the Note History previously will be made available to you.

After you upgrade to Premium, you might need to signout/signin to your account in EN Mac.

 

Then select the Note of interest, and goto EN Mac menu > Note > Note History. . .
