Level 5 jbenson2 2,149 Posted May 28, 2015 Level 5 Share Posted May 28, 2015 * I am not a professional real estate agent. I recently built a new home and use Evernote to keep a record of other listings in my town. This information will be useful when I receive my first assessment later this year. Each note contains a screen capture of the listing, along with the URL for the MLS listing. Each title includes the date, the address and the distance from my home.I manually type in some additional info (taxes paid) for easier searching.I have 21 homes that have been listed for sale in my home town. But if I was a professional real estate agent, I would use software dedicated to the industry. In my opinion, there are too many variables to effectively manage all the details involved with multiple listings, multiple offers, multiple client contact information, closing dates, etc. using Evernote. I completely agree with JBenson2. IMO, you will be much better off using an app dedicated to the area of real estate you are working in. Link to comment
