The settings sometimes go back to the default

Sometimes, the settings go back to the default setting.

 

All of the customized settings will go back default and I have to set them again. I am not clear about the exactly situation when it happens.

I'm sorry to hear about this happening to you. If it happens again, can you please immediately go to Settings > Support > Submit a Support Request, and submit a ticket describing the actions that led up to that happening? Please make sure to include your activity log.
