Scanning business card NOT WORKING

Hi support,

 

I am a premium user but just found out the OCR is not working for scanning the business cards.  Anybody knows why and how to resolve?

This is a user forum,  so you may be able to get some feedback from other scannable users but it would be good to know what device you're using and whether there's any pattern to the OCR fails - addresses / phone numbers / names / all of the above?

 

Standard suggestion for all fails - uninstall and reinstall the app...
