Password Changed

I wonder in anyone can help me.


For the last few months, I continually get a Message when I open Evernote.

Anyone know what is going on and how to stop it???



I am using Windows XP Pro SP3 using Internet Explorer 8 and Chrome Version 34.0.1847.137 m

Hi.  That's not.. usual.  Since you mention the browsers you use,  I take it that you're exiting EN Web rather than the installed desktop version.  This is a user forum so we don;t have access to password/ account information - I'd suggest that you submit a support request and choose "login/account access issue" in the first dropdown after logging in here> https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action

Premium / Business users also have access to a Chat  option (after clicking 'continue' on the support page) after logging in (7am-7pm weekdays,  PST)

It looks like the screen represents that you gave access to EN to another program(s) and perhaps you changed your EN password which would block those apps.  If that indeed is the case I would follow the link or go to Applications under Account settings on the web and see what authorizations were given and update them accordingly.
