(Archived) Unable to deselect some tags

Some tags refuse to be deselected. I've clicked, command-clicked, and hit the "Reset" button to no avail.

The only solution I've found is to restart Evernote. That doesn't even work everytime: today when it restarted, a tag was selected (and stuck) before I did anything. (It was not a tag I had selected before quitting Evernote.)

I have the same problem. I found that collapsing and re-expanding the tag tree clears it up sometimes.

I have the same problem with the mac version.

I just made alot of my tags innto subtags, and now there is allways 3-5 tags permanently selected.

Evernote is almost unusable now :/

Even restarting evernote doesnt work.

This is very frustrating for me as well. There should be "deselect" widget closeby. I have no idea how the designers expect you do to do it. BTW, I'm a usability / UX guy.

What does work is to click "All Notes" from the row of filters just under the main toolbar. But that's not obvious.
