quota is reached at less than 5% usage

I keep getting this quota notice that doesn't make any sense.

 

One window says i ran out the other says i got loads.

 

See pic to see them next to each other.

 

Evernote on web works fine and on my other mac works fine. just the app on my laptop is weird like this.

Check the allowance via Settings on EN Web which is the authority on this.  Also log out,  restart and log back in on your laptop to jump start the meter.
