I have updated the app on each device and tried manually syncing but this has not worked. What should I try next? Link to comment

Sadly, they don't sync from the server to your Mac, which is bad. Have you checked for files in your Trash notebook, or corrected all conflicting edits? Have you checked to see your notes on Evernote.com so you know that it's not your phone causing these problems? Link to comment
