Alphabetizing tags in windows

My tags do not appear under the appropriate letter of the alphabet so they are difficult to locate.  How can I fix that?

Hi.  Are you using Windows desktop or Web?  If you File > Exit in EN Desktop and log back in,  the tags should have auto arranged themselves.  If there's a problem with that feature you could,  for the moment,  create your own structure by nesting tags together - either in meaningful groups like Home and Work,  or under A, B etc as virtual alpha 'dividers'.

Notebooks and tags have not sorted properly on Windows for several weeks.  Sort is fine on the web and on ios, but random order on last several Windows updates.  Order may relate to date or creation or editing.  Support has tried to help, but been unsuccessful so far.

Although I do have a problem syncing notebook and tag details,  the order in which they're shown (if they're shown at all) seems to be OK for me.  What Windows do you use - 7?  8?
