I just introduced my disabled son to Evernote, and he doesn't see very well. If we could change the size of the font in the subject line--as a default--it would be very helpful. It may be possible to change the resolution of your screen to magnify the display, or you could try out Evernote Web via your browser (Help > Go to My Account page from the desktop) and 'Zoom' the browser display, but I'm afraid you can't change the title font size. The font size for note contents can be set in Tools > Options > Note. Link to comment
