markus_b 1
After a few days testing evernote, I thought that must be a solution for me. So, I bought premium: I can't no longer edit notes??? Normally, I know the way: if you pay for, it has more features . Not vice versa. disappointed Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,068 Posted December 6, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted December 6, 2014 If you can no longer edit notes, then something is wrong. Premium, as you say, is like free but bigger and better. Check the website at Evernote.com and sign in to your account via the menu. Go to settings and make sure you show there as a Premium member... markus_b 1
I was in my account, there is all as it should be. Also the App on my mac showed the premium status. But there was no chance to edit the Notes. Even after restarting several times Evernote App. well, after restarting my Mac, it seems to be OK now and the App is working. Anyway: that seems to be a bug in my Opinion. Restarting the whole system , to take effect only to an app upgrade, that was state of the art 15 years ago or so. Link to comment
