Wvhaeren 0
Opened Evernote on my 2nd Macbok, started new note. Went back to my other Mac and after sync it started to "delete" my notes and can't find them anymore (not in trash). What happened here? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,042 Posted December 27, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted December 27, 2014 When you opened the 2nd computer it would sync it's account with the server. If the dates on those notes were newer than those on the server, the web-based ones would be overwritten. If you had synced the new note before opening the computer, it would have been the most recent and therefore retained. The great morals of all editing work in Evernote are 1) - don't be active on two machines while you edit; you'll lose track of which has the nost recent content. And 2) sync often. Link to comment
