Evernote mac strange bahaviours

Since my upgrade from mavericks to yosemite I have seen two main issues with evernote 5.5.1

 

1. In almost notebooks have disappeared all entries for 2014, which should be a disaster if it was a critical app for my work.

 

2. Anytime my computer starts, evernote make an sync as if it was the first time, downloading all data from evernote serves, and showing a legend that says something like "the first time should have to download all data. It could take several minutes..."

That makes me think that something is going wrong with it.

Evernote for Mac is now up to 5.7.  Try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version?

Yes, but lost data never came back

Try checking in your Trash notebook, and if you are a premium user (even if only briefly...) you should have access to 'note history' which will step back through an existing note but can't reinstate a missing one.  Experienced users also have regular local backups - not anticipating problems,  but ready if they do arise..

Thank you, but I´m not a premium user. 

I can report that since update to 5.7.1 there is no more download of all data from server as first time sync.
