When spam is reported, a technical advisor confirms that the note is spam, and if so, disables sharing for the note. I understand that the user is contacted before sharing is disabled. I proactively contacted support through chat and the agent took care of notifying the advisors of my error. If there was a confirm dialog, that would help too. Link to comment
bluesgeek 12 Posted May 29, 2015 Share Posted May 29, 2015 An alternate way to manage such user errors would be to have a "mark as not spam" button that displays once the user has reported as spam. It would seem to save on Evernote staff time too. Link to comment
