ScottLougheed 1,316 Posted October 24, 2014 Share Posted October 24, 2014 Simply click or tap in the title field and type your new title.In the preferences for your Evernote application (the exact location will depend on what device you are using this on), you can disable auto/suggested titles (exact wording depends on what device you are using) if you want to disable these suggestions completely.
