Details here https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/article/101867943 (there were also emails)One important thing to do, whether or not you use Internet Explorer to browse; go toInternet Explorer > Settings > Internet Options > Advanced.scroll down to SecurityCheck "Use TLS 1.0 / 1.1 / 1.2". and UNcheck any SSL boxes.Then retry syncing. If that doesn't work, let us know what client you're using - Windows / Mac / Android and: desktop, web or mobile? Link to comment

For more info, see: Evernote and POODLE (EN Blog) If this is not the issue, please provide the versions of Win and EN Win that you are running.Also, please provide the exact error msg you are seeing when EN will not sync. Betsy R 1 Posted October 22, 2014 Author Share Posted October 22, 2014 Okay, I disabled SSL 3.0 and checked TLS. I am running Windows XP. The sync circle just keeps turning and doesn't stop. Do I need to restart the computer again? Link to comment
