Just something that I found annoying about thumbnails in snippet: When images in a note are hyperlinked, they do not become thumbnails. When I remove the hyperlink from the image, it still fails to produce a thumbnail. However, if a note includes an image from the beginning that is not a link, the thumbnail is always there.
Any idea why?
Just one example: I'm using an IFTTT recipe that follows an RSS feed and automatically creates a new Evernote note for each published post. The links to the RSS feed are hyperlinked themselves and the hyperlinks also get copied to the note in Evernote (this is great!). However, this fails to produce a thumbnail for the note in snippet viewing mode. I find snippet to be ideal because a fair amount of my notes are pictures and I can easily see the thumbnail and click on it.
