inkman525 0 Posted September 30, 2014 Share Posted September 30, 2014 When I click to open the app the screen is frozen with the message, Evernote is the one workspace you need. I have deleted the app, rebooted the IPad and downloaded the app again with no change. Prior to all that I had upgraded to the latest ios version and none of my saved notes, etc. are on the IPad. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks for any help. Link to comment
Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,117 Posted September 30, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted September 30, 2014 If you have upgraded to and are running iOS 8.0, you might consider upgrading to the just released iOS 8.0.2.I don't know that this will fix your issue, but perhaps it's worth a try. I upgraded my iPad Mini to iOS 8.0 and it is running EN iOS 8.0 just fine. So there may be something else going on with your iPad. If the issue persists, you may want to submit a bug report via the EN Trouble Ticket (link below). Link to comment
ajm910 0 Posted September 30, 2014 Share Posted September 30, 2014 I have the same problem on a new iPhone 6 with ios 8.0.2. Hangs on the "Evernote is the one workspace...." screen.Have deleted and resinstalled.Hope they fix this soon. Link to comment
