Hi,

 

I am sorry, I am a premium since long time, this is the first situation I need help from customer support. But I am unable to send a message useinge the webpage (german page), I get a dropbox, to choose the product. This dropdownbox is empty.

 

First how can I get in contact?

 

Second, the problem is with scansnap, since the last update of Evernote, direct scanning to evernote, useing the scansnap function does not work.

 

Is there any solution?
