First Place Trophy 0 Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 I have a few hundred pdfs that I'd like to import into Evernote, however, I'd like to maintain all the metadata as tags so that the pdfs are easily searchable later. Is this possible?

No. There are applications around that will curate your PDFs and -forinstance- list all the metadata in a spreadsheet alongside the PDF file name. If you can harvest the data you could attach the spreadsheet to one note as an index, then add the PDFs under their file name. Finding the right PDF(s) would mean cross-referencing lookups from the spreadsheet - at which point you could attach appropriate Evernote tags to your PDF notes to make the search easier next time.. Metadata however is not searchable directly within Evernote

Is this possible? I see you are on Windows, but if you have a Mac (or a friend with one), you could probably do this with AppleScript.
