Evernote app will not run under OS 10.9.5

I'm having serious problems with Evernote for Mac. It will NOT run.

 

I've tried uninstalling everything, then reinstalling without success. Usually I get Application Not Responding after a few minutes and have to Force Quit. Once I got Waiting to Connect to Server.

 

No problems with iOS so I know my account is OK.

 

Suggestions?

Your title says you are running Mac OS 10.9.5.  This ver was just released by Apple.  Was EN Mac working OK before your update?

I'm running EN Mac 5.5.2 on Mac OS 10.9.4, and it is working fine.

Yes it was working previously. I don't use Evernote on the Mac every day so I don't know if the 10.9.5 update created the problem or not. Since it works fine on the web and iOS devices I know it's probably got nothing to do with my account. My post was intended to try and find out if others were encountering similar problems.

NO. I was running 5.5.2. I also downloaded 5.6.0 beta9 which also had problems.

 

NJGuru, I was asking the Evernote development/QA teams if they had tested EN Mac 5.2.2 (latest GA version) on a Mac with OS 10.9.5.  ;)
